What Causes Delayed Periods?

hi, My last period was october1st, iam 12days late on my period. i took multiple home pregnancy test which came back negative. had a hcg blood draw on 8days late which also came back negative. I have on and off bloating, breasts are full and areola are huge with dots around them, some even lighter in color. what is the deal? should i repeat the blood draw again?

Hi,
It seems that due to stress you might not get period as urine and blood testing for pregnancy did not show positive.
Blood test for pregnancy is sensitive so pregnancy is less likely.
