What Causes Delayed Periods?
Hi I think I m pregnant. But at the same time I know I m not. I use condoms and participate in very high safe sex. But I mtwo days late. Could it be from stress from figuring out my future and where to go to college? Can it be from staying up to late and having a messed up sleeping pattern like I have? Or could it also be because of my recent changes in diet a.d exercise? O just really need advice. I have no one else to talk to

I think you should not worry if your periods is 2 days late.its normal.
Do urine pregnency test to confirm.
If test is negative consult to gynecologist for examination and treatment.
