Hi,
I understand your query.
Delayed period in fertile age & in asexually active lady is most possibly- pregnancy. sevier anemia, convulscence from a debilitating disease,Hormonal imbalance, PCOD, ovarian problems, thyroid problems, progesteron only contraceptives, fibroid of uterus, are other causes which can lead to delayed period.
- A detailed physical examination by a gynecologist, investigations ( blood couts, hormonal assays, endometrial biopsy, USG of lower abdomen,)
leads to specific diagnosis & treatment accordingly.
Thanks.
