What Causes Delayed Periods?

Hey actually the last date of my periods is 12 Feb. I still not get my periods. The pregnancy test of prega is showing negative I have tried it two times. And I hv taken prevent N of 5mg 1-1-1 for 3 days.Three days are gone after stopping taking this medicine. I m worried as I still not get my periods. Please help me through this problem

I really appreciate your concern, home base pregnancy test are not accurate one and this can not give good result in early days for accurate result even in early days ultrasonography is the best option, get it done to rule out the conception, take care.
