Hello, cabergolin is given to reduce prolactin secretion, which if high in concentration, can cause irregular menstruation. Hst the prolactin level being checked? Normal levels in non pregnant females is 2 - 29 ng/ml. Similarly if one has hypothyroidism and TSH level is not brought down to 3 to 4 mU/L with thyroxine treatment, then irregular menstruation invariably continues. So please check those. Thanks
