Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As a physician I would like to tell you that for 1 year after pregnancy there might be fluctuation in menstrual rhythm. I also hope that you are using some kind of contraception like Copper T or condoms following pregnancy. Also, you should take a home urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. Also you should visit your Obgy doctor as soon as possible to get evaluated and examined.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abhijeet
