What Causes Delayed Periods?

Hi, For the 1st time, my periods are delayed and its been two months now, Meeting Doctor is such a big procedure which i am not ready for, there are no such complications before, it generally get delayed by 10 days more from my cycle everytime but this extended time is making me worried, kindly suggest

Hi, I think if you are sexually active, you can do a urine pregnancy test at home to rule out pregnancy. If negative, you can take some medicines like progesterone for inducing periods. It can be due to some stress factor or hormonal imbalances also . Get a thyroid profile and prolactin levels and a ultrasound for your uterus and ovaries done to find out the cause of irregular periods.
