Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Both ways possibility are there you can be pregnant sometimes, in early stages urinary test comes negative and then becomes positive after further 4 to 5 days.

If you are not pregnant then delayed periods are due to hormonal changes in the body which may be due to fever, stress, and other situations as polyovarian cystic disorders.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
