What Causes Delayed Periods?

Am 21 Last week I had sex with my bf....My periods shud come last week 29 th since today it is 4 th it doesn t came out..I took a pregnancy test showing result as negative.I Have pain in vagina too....I don t know wat is happening docter please help me out

Hi I think if your pregnancy test is negative, you are not pregnant. It can be due to some vaginal infection or stress factor also. You can take some medicines like meprate or deviry for inducing periods. Get yourself evaluated by a gynecologist if pain persists. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that. Hope it helps.
