What Causes Delayed Periods?

I am 10 days late. I have take three home pregnancy test and a blood test and they all were negative. Also, I was on phentermine but recently stopped after I realized I missed my period.
I was wondering if I'm testing too soon? And could the phentermine be effecting the results.

Hi I think if your pregnancy test is negative, you are not pregnant. You can take some medicines like meprate or deviry for inducing periods. It can be due to some stress factor or hormonal imbalances. Phentermine will not affect the test result.Hope it helps.
