Me and my common law wife are sexually active and don t use protection...we have been together for just over 2 yrs...her last period was the beginning of May.. .we did 2 home test that came out negative....went to the doctors on the weekend and was also negative...now she has to go for testing....what can it be.? She just turned 47 and I will be 42 in Sept...

in that case it may be primary sterility. in your case patancy test is to be done and for husband sean analysis is to be done. if every thing is normal then sterilisation clinic doctor is to be consulted for consideration of vivo or vitro insemination asper requirement.it can be premenouposal syndrome in wife this can be assessed by gynechologist.
