What Causes Delayed Periods?

I am 5 days late on my periods, I took a pregnancy test on the 2 day and it was negative. I went to see my gynacologist and she put me on Duphaston. I am on the second day on them as I write now. I have no changes on my body but just breast tenderness. My boyfriend had a versectomy about 20 years ago , he feels if I am pregnant then it must be a miracle. What do u think might be wrong with me, can we be pregnant, when should I take another pregnancy test, is it possible for him to make me pregnant after all this years ?

there is very thin chance of you being pregnant. And even if you where pregnancy test won't come positive so early. you should do it 1 week after the missed period
