What Causes Delayed Periods?

Hello, my period is 18 days late mind you the most my period has ever been late was 3-4 days max. I have never been on birth control the last time I had my period was June 23rd I ve took 7 pregnancy test and all come out negative. I am under no extra stress well besides the face in 18 days late. What is going on with me?

What is your age?
Have you gained or lost weight in the recent past?
Please get your Tyroid Test(TSH and Free T4)as well as your Urine Pregnancy test done on empty stomach.
The more you worry the more your period gets postponed.So first relax
