What Causes Delayed Periods?

Last month sep 1st i got my periods ... today oct 1st still i did nt get periods . It b always regular . But this time delayed . Usually i get periods before like 1st means 28th it self i will get . Can i know the reason why its getting delayed . I am 21 yr old .

Hi, I think periods can delay sometimes due to stress factor also. If you are sexually active, do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first. You can take some medicine like meprate or deviry for inducing periods if test is negative. Hope it helps.
