What Causes Delayed Periods?

My expected period date was 5 Oct last period was 09/09/17 I have 3 negative pregnancy test 7,9,11 Oct all negative my period not come 6 days ago delay can i use Primolut nor 10 mg

Please answer me what's wrong if I'm pregnant? So why all pregnancy test negative at all

Menstrual periods can be delayed because of many reasons like stress, infection etc...
After 15-20 days of conception blood HCG level starts rising, giving pregnancy tests positive. But you have to repeat second & third test weeks apart. So I advise you to repeat next week. If still you are having doubts, do ultrasound test to confirm pregnancy.
None of this type of drug can be taken without gynecologist's advice. So consult OBGY..
