Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

For your delayed period, first of all, rule out pregnancy by urine hCG card test. If pregnancy is negative, then excess stress, anxiety, a thyroid issue, diabetes issue and ovarian causes should be ruled out. According to cause specific treatment given.

Don't try any self-medication. If needed consult gynecologist for an examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
