What Causes Delayed Periods?

Had sex on 20 th january and i haf last my period n 9 th january i had also taken unwanted 72 next day bt after 24 hours . I used condom while doing sex still periods r getting late as it comes on 5 th of every month ..... Plzzzz tell me am i pregnant or why my periods r getting delayed
