What Causes Delayed Periods?

hi, i was taking modus 10 mg. as before i used to get my periods after 4-7 . bu8t thsi tiem i haven't got my periods and i did a pregnancy test thts negative too. i am wonder i have to wait to get my periods or i have to go for anyother tablet to get my periods as i have a PCOS
