What Causes Delayed Periods?

i had unprotected sex he pulled out. my period is suppose to be here by now its been about 2 weeks and its 4 days late.. im taking iron pills..im cramping real bad like my period is here/on its way.. does this mean im pregnant or is it the iron pills??
