What Causes Delayed Periods?

hi, my periods are delayed for 2 months, i took primulet-N for 3 days 5 mg, 2 tablets 3 times a days... now it is 6th days my course has been finished and no signs of periods what should i expect my periods, i m unmarried 23 yrs old and before this delay my periods are always been reguler....
