What Causes Delayed Periods?

I am a mother of 8 month old baby. I got menses at 5th month afer delivery. Afterthat my due date of menses was on december 18. But till now i ddnt got my periods. Pregnancy test done twice, but it is negative. White discharge is present. Why i ddnt got my periods?

Kindly mention the two full dates of your period. Check your iron and prolactin level with USG pelvis to know the reason.
