What Causes Delayed Periods?

GOT MY PERIODS ON 16 TH MARCH 2014. i HAVE NOT GOT MY PERIODS TILL TODAY THAT IS 17TH APRIL.I HAD GOT MY CU T REMOVED IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY.I DID A PREGANACY TEST ON 15 TH WHICH WAS NEGATIVE.wHEN WILL I GET MY PERIODS . DO I NEED O DO THE PREGNANACY TEST AGAIN?
