What Causes Delayed Periods?

Hi, I am 28years old, trying to have a baby. My periods was due on 12th Apr. Delayed periods. But the pregnancy kit test on 14th showed negative. I took 2 pills of regestrone tablet per day for 2 days on 17th and 18th to postpone my periods, but i dont have my periods yet. Reason for the delayed periods? Any chance of being pregnant? if so, will there be any effect of regestrone?

Hello,

I suggest you wait for a week’s time and then repeat a pregnancy test. Regestrone wouldn’t affect if you have conceived.
