What Causes Delayed Periods?

I am 27 year old married female and go married in December. Till last month my periods were regular and used to come in 25 days. But this time the due date was 3rd July and I haven t got it. I and my husband are very sure that pregnancy cannot be the reason. Can you please suggest what to do
