What Causes Delayed Periods,painful Intercourse And Stomach Bloating?

I am 33 years old, have not had my period in over 6 months. I had a tubal ligation 8 years ago so I know I am not pregnant. I am also experiencing painful intercourse that get worse over time. I am always very gassy and my abdomen is always bloated out. What do you think could be causing this?
