What Causes Delayed Response Hearing, Chronic Neck Discomfort And Ear Pressure?

I suffer from ear pressure and delayed response hearing and chronic neck discomfort - dizzy often and do not feel well - mother of 5 age 39 - teach pilates and aerobics - neck pain is long standing - over a year - no findings other than inflammation - concern is ear issue/base of head - when tilting head to the side I can feel drainage and maybe a brief sense of relief at the occiput- neck pops atleast 5 times a day(major pop occurs rt side) Dr. from 4 years ago found nothing on MRI except occasional retension cyst- dr. found on routinue heart monitor check that I have a slow heart - there is a prolonged QT ( I think he used the term that they see football players drop dead at this level! I was sent to a heart dr. who told me to quit working out! and placed me on a monitor that I had to call and report while waiting for 20min to report over five times a day - everytime I had an episode where I felt different -I have five children and busy life - so I gave up on the monitor and going back to the dr.- its been two years -used to have migraine visual loss and tingling - have not experienced in months! do have BP of usually 90/60 however latley have pre hypertension of 130/70 w/ pulseof 49 - can feel when I feel really bad - sides of neck will bugle and hurt - I swell alot and have indentions often from clothing etc. - my current weight is 128 thankyou for any help to guide me to the right dr.
