What Causes Delayed Secondary Sexual Characteristics While Attaining Puberty?

i am a 16 year old male, and am worried i am not going through puberty at the normal rate. i have pubic hair covering a some amount of the pubic triangle but not all, voice still fairly high, barely any hair under my armpits, short hairs on arms and legs and can't retract foreskin fully. is there something wrong???

You are just 16. Secondary puberty characteristics develop up to an age of 20 and therefore all your worries will be addressed in due course.

Don't worry about your hair growth. You can retract your foreskin with proper exercises.
