What Causes Delayed Sleep With Sweating?

Hey, I'm 13 years old. My problem is I can not sleep at night. My grandmother who was very close to me passed away a few weeks ago. I go to bed and read a book. I realise everyone else is sleeping well but me. I get agitated for being the only one not sleeping and start to sweat. Then I start to think about my grandmother and why thing had to happen. I get to only sleep about 3 hours. Though when I wake up I do not feel tired during the day. Do I have a problem or is it just because of my grandmothers death?

Your reaction is fairly normal after the loss of your beloved grandmother. You should try to talk to your parents about what you are experiencing, sometimes just sharing helps. If that doesn't work perhaps talking to a psychologist about your feelings of grief and anxiety, getting advice on how to cope with it, might be helpful as well.
