What Causes Delayed Speech And Squinted Eyes In A Child?

Hi, My niece is 31/2 years old and she has not started speaking and her eyes are squinted also. She is able to understand some things but is as mature as she should be for 3 year old. Please suggest what needs to be done. Please suggest what kind of specialist does she need to see. Thanks

you do MRI BRAIN PLAIN AND
to see any abnormalities.
if diagnose so start according to medicine.
