What Causes Delays In Menstruation?

Hi, Im 17 4'11' and 110 pounds. I just got off of birth control 1 month ago and i was 2 weeks late on my period, however im on my period and before i was bleeding really heavily, through my tampons and pads, and now im not bleeding at all, only when i go to the bathroom, but when i pee there is alot of blood, but no blood in the tampon or on the pad, is that normal, its never happened to me before.

it seems you have irregular periods. How long did you take birth control , do you mean the pills. Why were you taking the pills , were they for contraception or just to regulate your periods. A pelvic sonogram might help in determinig some of the pelvic pathology in your case.
