Hi,

A dent in the temple area, along with headaches and blurry vision, could be a sign of a serious condition and requires medical attention. Some possible causes of a dent in the temple and blurred vision include:
* Head injury: A blow to the head or traumatic injury could cause a dent in the temple area, along with headaches and blurry vision. If you have recently suffered a head injury, you should seek medical attention immediately.
* Temporal arteritis: This is a condition where the blood vessels in the temples become inflamed, which can cause a dent in the temple area and blurry vision. This is a serious condition that requires immediate medical attention.
* Migraines: Migraines can cause intense headaches and can also lead to blurry vision. If you have a history of migraines, you should consult with your doctor about your symptoms.
* Sinus infection: A sinus infection can cause pressure and pain around the temples and can also lead to headaches and blurry vision.
* Brain tumor: A brain tumor can cause pressure and dents in the skull and may also cause headaches and blurry vision.

It is essential to visit a doctor as soon as possible for an evaluation and diagnosis. The doctor may perform a physical exam and recommend further testing, such as a CT scan or MRI, to determine the cause of your symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
