What Causes Dent On The Outer Part Of Calf?

Hello, My question is I noticed a dimple on the outer side of my calf? Would like to know what could cause this. I should mention that 4 weeks ago I fell and hurt my foot. Was in a soft cast to under my knee , and on cruthes for about 2 weeks.Im doing much better, just wearing compression sock and lace plus my shoe.
