What Causes Dents On The Left Side Of Frontal Suture On Skull?

I found a dent about 3 months ago on the left side of the Frontal suture on my skull. I now found another one today in the same area but on the right side

I am Vit-b12 and D deficient but my levels are up. I now am getting a weird pulling feeling at the dents and mild headache all day. Also it feels like air is blowing in my eyes
