What Causes Depression Along With Anxiety And Insomnia?
Hello sir My age is 29 (female).I am suffering from depression too.Random Negative thoughts, anxiety, insomnia. My hemoglobin came down to 7.4.I think due to it I m suffering from various heath issues like fatigue, vertigo, Weakness, don t want to eat anything. My hemoglobin generally remains low...never increase more than 10.5 Please advice some medications.
Hemoglobin level at 7.4 is concerning and require further evaluation. Complete blood count, iron levels, and peripheral smear are required for initial evaluation. Women in reproductive age group, the most common cause of anemia is due to Iron deficiency usually associated with heavy menstrual blood loss.
Negative thoughts, anxiety, and insomnia require further screening for possible depression with anxiety symptoms. Please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider for further evaluation and management.
