Hi,my name is khadra and I want to know that if anxiety and depression,hopelessness could be expereinced at the same time cause I feel all of them .my depression and anxiety,hopelessnes came from abondement ,isolation,and my sensivity and nowadays I feel so unlucky ,unsupported and so fragile my problems are socially and financially SO I HOPE YOU CAN HELP THROUGH THIS DARK TIME IN MY LIFE WHICH IS HAPPENING TOO EARLY Thanks

good that you have realized that you have problems like anxiety and depression. once the person realize that he has a problem it easy for him to accept the solution. practice some relaxing techniques. take the help of professional councellor for better management of yourself. exercise and healthy socialization will help to deal the issue.
