What Causes Depression And Bloating After Skipping Placebo Contraceptive Pills For 4 Years?

I was put on sprintec birth control to stop my menstrual cycle due to horrible bleeding and pain. I skip the placebo pills and start a new pack. It has been thos way for 4yrs. Is there the possibility that i have too much hormones in my system? Cause i dont feel depressed just i cry for no reason and have breast tenderness and alot of weight gain. I feel bloated like i almost need to have a period. Can stopping my cycle for this long be the reasons i been having these issues?
