Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It is good to know that you are medically fit. When you are physically fit the only reason for depression is lack of engagement. Fatigue is psychosomatic. However, Take multivitamin s once daily to feel better. Eat fresh fruits & veggies. You can take the help of a Psychiatrist. Retirement & depression have No connection but people generally try to connect it. Don't do it. Keep yourself engaged there are many activities to be done. Lifestyle change is a must at this age. Connect with friends & relatives. Take membership of clubs or make your own small group to organize programs like social work, community service that actively work for the cause. Brisk walking, farming, gardening or any other activity that you like, do it. Stay away from addictions & help people around you come out of it.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K.
