What Causes Depression And Tiredness After Laparoscopy Ovarian Drilling?

I had laparoscopy ovarian drilling in January this year for my polycsystic ovaries. Since then I have felt exhausted. I do also suffer from anaemia but this is different. I am so tired that I can hardly function. I dont want to get out of bed, or go to work. I almost feel sad all the time because of it. My boyfriend says I have changed also and thinks I seem really distant. I dont like feeling like this at all. Is it a hormone imbalance or something? Thanks for your help, Amanda
