What Causes Depression, Feeling Hopelessness And Loss Of Concentration?

I am 18 years old engineering student. I have constant sad mood everyday from last 4 years. Feeling tired, lack of energy, demotivated, feeling hopeless, feeling difficult to concentrate in anything, feeling restless most of the time and many more. Above are the things i was suffering from for over 4 years. Plz help me.

you are suffering from anxiety neurosis and depressive psycosis. have psychoanalysis and take counseling by clinical psychologist.
