What Causes Depression, Sleeplessness And Weakness?

i am not getting sleeping well,if i take libotryp get well sleep,and i have deppression ,fear,nervess last 2 year that why doctor advise im taking above tablet,if im stopping this tablet im not get sleep,and i have fear and body weakness,pls give some solution i need to stop this medicine.

If you want to stop that drug, you can take sedative antidepressant like mirtazapine or trazodone. That would help to decrease depression and help to get sound sleep. This drug is not available on the counter, so consult your psychiatrist for proper treatment.
