As an
Urologist, i must assure you that a
varicocele, can't be a cause for the
low sperm count. A varicocele can lower the movements of live sperms. A minimum number of 20million sperms/ml of semen, is needed for fertilization.
But the count you've mentioned, needs to have certain tests done, as it's very low.After examination by Urologist, male hormone levels, FSH,LH,PRL,
testosterone and sugar must be checked. According to reports,one can decide, whether a
biopsy of testis is needed.If you can send the scan with all reports,directly to me,i can give an expert opinion.
