What Causes Developing Painful Pimples On Urethra?

I have a pimple near my , on skin where have hair, not really near that region, it has grown bigger in size, has pus and its painful. should I be worried? I usually get these, and when I pop, it creates more of them around the region. why is that so?

Your symptoms suggests there could be possibly infection. I advise you to take a course of antibiotics for the above. If the symptoms doesn't subside then consult your doctor to rule out any sexually transmitted disease.
