Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Development Of Circular Dark Discolouration On Leg?
Area located on leg is pink to red somewhat like a circle. Cream colored around the center wnich is dark gray to almost black. Doesn t really itch that much but has gotten bigger over the last 2 days. It is raised and feels like knot and is somewhat hot!
As per your query you seems to have symptoms of dark red splotches in the legs and it could be due to furuncle.
Need not to worry. You should avoid touching or pricking bumps. You should wear loose clothes and avoid sharing them with anyone. You should apply betnovate ointment on them 2-3 times a day. Visit dermatologist once if symptoms keeps on persisting. Start treatment after complete examination and proper prescription.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari, Dentist
