What Causes Diaper Rash In An Infant?

Hi. my second child is 10 months old and has just gotten her first diaper rash which i think is a yeast infection. I had gotten a tatoo a month before i become pregnant with her, when i got the std test while i was pregnant it come back negative. Should i be worried and shoud i have her tested
