General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It doesn't seems to be related to operation for spinal stenosis.

I suggest you rule out infective etiology like enterocolitis by stool routine micro examination.

Stool analysis report will reveal any pus cells, bacteria or parasite if present to rule out infection.

According to stool report further management plan decided.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
