What Causes Diarrhea After Discontinuation Of Parasite Cleanse?
Hi, I did a parasite cleanse about 4 weeks ago, lasting 2 weeks, then 1 week break, then starting again, but quit, because I started getting loose bowels. 4 days after quitting I started having diarrhea on and off with loose bowels. Pepto Bismol does not help much, Immodium AD drives up my BP. Why do I still have this problem after 12 days quitting the cleanse and what can I do to get it under control?

Hello,
First you need to hydrate sufficiently to replace the water loss. Then I suggest you try psyllium seeds - if you do not have a fever or blood in your stools - and if that does not work (try in combination with codein and pantoprazol), I suggest you have fecal samples.
