As per your complain diarrhoea after taking antibiotics for tooth infection is a common side effect of antibiotic intake.. As antibiotics disturbs the good bacterial flora present in intestines [ that maintains the normal process of digestion and absorption] along with harmful bacteria, the lack of such good bacteria disturbs the functioning of intestines leading to disturbed digestion and bowel movements.. You should not worry about it as when the antibiotic intake will be stopped the symptoms will resolve.. You should continue taking antibiotics and to relieve the symptoms you can take Pantoprazole or Omeprazole empty stomach in morning.. You can also take anti-diarrhoea medications like Furazolidone for reducing loose motions.. Take probiotics like Yoghurt more in diet and drink plenty of water.. Hope this information helps..
