What Causes Diarrhea After Having Food?

hi, i was looking up symptoms that i have been having....After i eat or in the middle of eating I have diarrhea sorry to gross you out. I have to get to a bathroom fast. The smell is terrible more so than normal. I am gaining weight which is odd and I am a fitness instructor and teach class monday thru friday. I had a colonoscopy in october and and end too.
