What Causes Diarrhea After Having Food?

Hi, I have bowl movements whenever I have caffine and whenever I eat. I usually have a bowl movement within ten minutes of eating or drinking. Lately I have a little diarrhea with the bowl movement. Many times I have a cramping feeling in my lower left stomach. I can go poop as many as 7 or 8 times a day. The stools are always soft.

You have problem of diarrhoea after eating food that may be because of inflammation bowel disease like ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease or some food intolerance or other reasons..

Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis and investigation.
Ultrasonograph can done for further diagnosis.
Detail history and proper investigation helpful for diagnosis.
