What Causes Diarrhea After Having Food?

I have a problem with loose stoolas every day no matter what I eat - always i the morning, then intestines calm down the balance of the day. I am A-B+ so am careful with what I eat - also taking alkaline water. Seems bacteria is always present. It has continued as I age.

Hello,

You can have the stress-induced functional bowel problem. But still before labeling it as functional cause stool routine micro examination and occult blood test and if needed culture done.

If no cause present and stress history present, then it favors towards functional bowel problem.

Include green leafy vegetables and fruits more in the diet. Drink more water. Avoid excess spicy foods. Cooked oatmeal helps in the soothing stomach. Also, provide your reports for giving more comment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
